A 3,800 dairy cow Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO) is being considered on the western border of Erin Praire township in St. Croix County in western Wisconsin. Just three miles southeast of the city of New Richmond, this CAFO has the potential to bring the health dangers and property devaluation to those living in the surrounding area.
